February 20, 2018– JABC held the 10th annual Economics for Success program event at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC. EFS@TRU was the largest JA British Columbia event ever, bringing over 40 mentors from the Kamloops business community to work with 950 grade 10 students to help them plan their education and career paths.
Students were from the following SD 73 and 74 schools:
- North Kamloops Secondary, 250 students
- Valleyview Secondary, 200 students
- South Kamloops Secondary, 200 students
- Sahali Secondary, 165 students
- Kamloops School of the Arts, 20 students
- Logan Lake Secondary, 30 students
- Barriere Secondary, 27 students
- Chase Secondary, 42 students
- Kumsheen Secondary (Lytton), 16 students2
