Max Lane
Senior Manager at Nicola Wealth
High School Educators session
Max is a Senior Manager at Nicola Wealth, where he focuses on developing people, building environments for success, and helping his team deliver meaningful value to clients. He holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations, along with his life insurance licence.
Coming from a family of teachers, Max is passionate about education, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. He has volunteered with JA for over 15 years across Ontario and British Columbia and continues to support the JABC Company Program each year. In 2022, his commitment to mentorship was recognized with the Royden Richardson National Volunteer of the Year Award.
Erica Littler
Senior Associate, BCI Client Relations
Elementary School Educators session
Erica is a Senior Associate on BCI’s Client Relations team, where she manages key client relationships and serves as a trusted point of contact for BCI’s clients. She holds a Master of Global Business from the University of Victoria, a Bachelor of Arts in History, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, along with additional investment credentials from the CFA Institute and CAIA.
Erica is passionate about financial literacy and has volunteered with JABC for over five years. Through her ongoing involvement, she has delivered financial literacy programs to students across multiple age groups, helping young people build practical skills and confidence for their financial futures.
